SNAP accepts gently used and new donations from the public. If you have items you wish to donate, please drop them off at our location and we will pass them along to our recipients. We'll gladly accept your leftover rummage sale items or other household items that you no longer need.

SNAP has provided funding for music therapy classes, art therapy classes, mattresses, bed frames, drum circle instruments, guardianship, and living necessities since 2009. Check out our FAQ - frequently asked questions - page for more information. Donations are tax-deductible. SNAP is a tax-exempt, non-profit community charity 501(c )3. All of our members are unpaid volunteers.
Living Necessities Program:
SNAP receives gently used items from community members. SNAP donates these items to individuals with developmental disabilities in East Central Indiana. Email CJ with questions. Donations are always appreciated (bedding, cleaning supplies, hygiene items, socks, small appliances, dishes, silverware, towels, etc). New and gently used items can be dropped off at the SNAP store. Monetary donations are also accepted. These donations are tax-deductible (receipt will be issued). All monies donated go directly toward providing living necessities to individuals.
Remember to select SNAP (Special Needs Assistance Project Corp) as your charity at Amazon.com (enter through www.smile.amazon.com) 0.05% of your purchase price will be donated to SNAP each quarter. This is a super easy way to support SNAP.
